Long ball larry, the point I was trying to make was that Osama was a dead man no matter who was President. The current President would have been an absolute fool not to let the hunt for Osama continue (if he had any future political aspirations). Had Obama been in office during the last President's term this situation probably would have changed drastically. This is still a huge victory for our Country and not for just the current President. I am sure you cast a blind vote for Obama and his racist reverend though didn't you!

And for anyone who thinks "their" politicians are to be proud of, I feel for you. Dems and Cons are both full of carp and are wasting money and making decisions based on self interest. There seems to be only a handful that push us forward.

My 2 cents? Can we get this forum back to what it is for? 5th Gen 4Runners. This should be in GENERAL DISCUSSION not 5th GEN T4R. This particular forum has degenerated from a basic 'good job, Bin Laden is dead' to something I would normally have to tune into one of the leaning-left or right-news publications or channels out there which I dont do for a reason. Its turned a bunch of folks sharing thier love of the new 4Runners into a divisive back and forth 'my political party is better than yours' and its just not necessary here. Like the old saying 'if you want to remain friends, dont talk politics or religion'. Just what I think after reading these pages.

Sorry but Obama did not "let the hunt continue", he amp'd it up. And guess what mission accomplished. Personally, I thought he was already dead.

Blind vote for a racist reverend? I didn't know he was elected or that he has any say in the US gov. I think it is clear who is casting blind here. Sounds statement reads like glenn beck.
