Weathertech or Huskey floor mats

Your Husky fronts are their "mat" version. Your rears though are true liners.

Look back at my WT/Husky comparision thread on YT and you'll see what the Husky front "liners" look like.

Ah, I see the difference. I think they look fine, and should serve my purpose I think. I don't think I could beat vs functionality.
 
I got my Husky mats in today and installed them. They are actually nicer then I thought and fit pretty good. No way does it compare to some of the nightmare pictures I have seen on the internet. They may not be as precise as the Weathertech's but in someways that might be a good thing. If they fit like a tight glove then they might be harder to remove. Maybe or maybe not!!

Only thing I am not sold on just yet is the color. My 4Runner has the beige (brown) interior. Without giving it a lot of thought I went with the tan colored mats thinking they would match best. It does match the seats and some other minor trim details but other then that they look a little out of place. I don't know maybe it will grow on me but I am thinking black would have been best and blended with the carpet more.

I don't know the jury is still out on the color and in the long run they might grow on me. If they made brown that matched the Toyota all weather mats now that would be cool. Speaking of Toyota all weather mats I discovered my drivers side mat has multiple splits in it. This allowed dirt and water to reach the carpet below. Nothing really bad happened but they definitely are toast. Glad I got new mats!!

I would post some pics but I left my digital camera and my parents house.

That's cool man. I think the second row being two pieces is nice.

I've heard bad things about Toyota all weather mats.

I think they fit pretty well and seem highly functional. As for color I did not like it first but it does match the seats and other interior bits. It has grown on my and it looks pretty good.
 
i have the goodyear floor mats, they look really good with tan leather and wood grain and they're pretty agressive looking i guess you could say, i've gotten a lot of complements on them and there only $60 for a set (4).
 
I have the Weathertech mats in the front and the cargo mat in back. I do contract work at saw mills, so it's mud and sawdust all the time and my carpets remain clean underneath. Great coverage.
Not cheap but well worth the price.
 
Weathertechs in the driver/passenger area and in the cargo area. Some fading but that's it, perfect fit, extremely well made & so easy to empty when full of slush. Also,the cargo liner is priceless when I ice fish. They are worth every penny & mine are about eight years old or older.

Weathertech fronts are awesome, but the rears suck. They absolutely refuse to keep their shape. They roll at the edges, then you read posts and call Weathertech. You do everything they say and it really doesn't make any difference. Within a day or two the deformation is in full swing again. All that said, I can't say that Husky rear liners art any better or worse. jMHO ...
 
I've had the weathertechs for about three years and the only issue is the name badge fell off the passenger side. Front and back have remained the same shape.
 
Weathertechs have been great to me. I have had them in mine for the past 4 years and love them. No complaints. The rear mat can hold a large cup of joe (don't ask how, long day). None of it spilled out. I took a pic of that blonde moment, I'll try to find a pic and upload it here.
