I'll gladly pay $650 for no smog test ...

7 years until first smog if bought new.I once went 5yrs no cats so non issue for me. I would have to smog 10 times a year to make up the differance.

Mine was about $650 in 2012. Just finally dropped to about 250 this month. You have a few more years to go

$509 here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes... but it does go down each year. Keep it long enough (I plan on it), and it eventually gets below $100/yr.

What really pisses me off is my plates on my 2015 Trail were $848.00.

Of that $366.15 was RTD tax.

You know how often I see a huge bus completely empty or with like one person on it? All the time.

Just paid $82 today for 2004 Highlanders tags in Denver. My 4 Runner cost over $700 though (sucks). Anyway property taxes are pretty reasonable here compared to Pa. etc.

Mine just came in the mail.... $287 for a two year registration. Plus the $14 fee for emissions (VEIP) in Maryland. I miss my $36 annual fee from when I lived in PA.
