Hmmm, maybe they didn't get set on the highest setting up front. I'll recheck them. It does seem low, others have 38" up front after reading some more threads. Odd.

Not even close to seeing what I would have 12-15 years ago when I was out all the time... but it was good to get out and get something for the first time in about 5-6 years. I'm not a dear hunter but saw a couple of the biggest bucks I've seen in a while as well today. I wish I had something other than my camera phone for this guy... he just stared me down as I snapped a few pics.

Post picks of the visors when ur done. I'm looking to get some.Got my Oem roof rack cross bars, AVS streamline window vent visors and my Oem mud guards in the mail. Gonna be a busy weekend.
Next is some Oem trail headlights. Then operation "kill the chrome" begins.

Well that beats me with my air filter job today. Did I mention that I also figured out my cross bar mount for my GoPro?
Looks really good, I did not think I needed a winch, but that just looks like it belongs there with that bumper.

I've had people do that to me too I was initially planning on buying a hidden winch mount as I was not really gung ho on completely changing the front end with a big replacement bumper just yet when these just came out. You get a winch mount, light mount, upper skid plate and tow points without changing the entire front end. Also lighter than a full bumper (Just under 60 lbs).
I'll probably end up doing a little more cutting on the lower bumper skin to open up the tires a bit more at some point.

Hi team,
Here lately I've been noticing that quite a few of you have been shopping around and ordering 'Brand new' 4Runners; 2014 and '15 models. And not just plain ole new trucks, but 'SR5 and Trail Edition Premiums! So you all inspired me! I decided to get me a brand new 2014 or '15 4Runner... maybe a TRD Pro or something like that.
So, I took a trip over to the bank and sat down with the girl in the corner office; you know the one, I think her name is Amanda, kinda cute... :girl:
Anyways, I told her I was buying a brand new truck. I went on to say that... "We're all gettin one (over at T4R), brand new"! I told her that I wanted to withdraw ALL OF MY MONEY I HAVE SAVED UP! ...to which she said... "just give me a minute and I'll make that withdrawal for you sir!" While I was sitting there, I was thinking... "what a nice bank this is... and everyone's so nice as well..." When 'Amanda' returned, she handed me a slip of paper that had a sum total written down on the bottom that said: $36. I looked at Amanda and said... I don't understand, what is this? :wow: She looked back at me and replied... "That's your 'combined total' savings and checking balance!"
I responded by saying a few favorite cuss words, followed by declaring 'My signature': "...And I'll never bank here AGAIN!" :yell:
Fast fwd: I went over to the local "Auto Zone" and picked up some supplies; Paint remover, some silver paint...
I removed the "Toyota Mud guards" from the truck; getting kinda ratty looking. I laid them out on the ground and rinsed them off. When they were dry I sprayed them w/ the paint remover and allowed it time to dissolve the paint as instructed. When the mud guards were clean (ridden of old paint), I prepared a place indoors to repaint them; a little too windy outdoors for painting. I gave them about three thin coats before going to bed.
And today was the big day... THE INSTALL! Here's a few pics:
