I know this will not help with the ambient temp while drying, but have you tried throwing the rattle cans into a bucket of hot water and let them warm up before you spray, and once it starts loosing pressure from the cold dunk it back in for a bit? Keeping it warm will keep the pressure up and make the best of painting your skids in Antarctica.

Yes, rotating 3 cans through a bucket of hot water. The parts were indoor temperature, and the sun was out, so it's not too bad. Letting them cure indoors, also.
Its going to be tough with just 5. Isn't it 3 letters and 2 numbers (AAA##)?
They have a lay-away program for the custom plates.

My wife seems to be acquiring a taste for off road driving. On our recent trip to Big Bend she drove the entire length of Old Ore Road herself (~28 miles). Its cool to see her confidence grow as she learns. I can already tell she has far more patience than me - if I have trouble trying a line more than twice, my third attempt usually involves a lot of skinny pedal...

Here it is, worked on it off and on all day, of course in true me fashion I did scratch the top of the emblem with the dremel so we shall see how long I run till I decide to get a new one. :happens:
Love the look just need to get used to the new gap at the top of the grill and hood and only notice it cause yes I am anal about stupid crap

So last week I bumped into a guy who was running the exact same setup as I have ome884 up front but also had a 6mm spacer on top giving him about 1/4-1/2 inch of lift on top of his 2-1/2 inch lift. I've always wondered if this was ok to run this setup with stock uca which he had. He had 53,000 miles with no problems at all. After a lot of phone calls/emails. I talked to a couple Toyota techs, one of them a relative and the and the consensus was that the 4runner stock is an extremely capable vehicle but most people throw a lift and replace stock components with "race" components when they never really pushed the vehicle in the first place. I never really wanted to deviate from the stock components just to minimize maintenance and possible failure. The guys over at equipt have been running a 3 inch OME setup for a while now and they've been over landing for LONG time so I trust their judgement. I think a lot of it has to do with what type of driving you typically do. Most of my off-road driving consists of barreling down dirt roads / beaches and crossing washed out sections which I do 3 days a week (the beauty of being single).
