Yea, cut more than you think you need. I measured/scribed about 3 times in an effort to cut it perfectly the first time. It was a little short on the fender well end and it kind of bothers me but no one else even notices when I point it out. I used a jig saw with a fresh metal cutting blade. Like butter.

Washed. Waxed. Oil change. Tire rotation and tried out some plastic dip. It came out clean. I did 4 coats. I'll start blacking out more next weekend.

The one day this year I decide to drive to work instead taking Metro... Landscape vendor decided to send a rock through the passenger window with his mower. At least they came and got me, and have offered to fund the replacement.

A productive Sunday! Finally found some time and a buddy and I installed a warn winch into my Shrockworks bumper. Bumper install deja vu with removing the entire bumper and front skid.

5 hours, some bashed knuckles and 2 angered wives later it was done. Now just need to get longer bolts to mount the fairlead to the lower winch holes. The supplied bolts were too short.

Went to a hot spring in Baja Sur, Mexico









Awesome day driving in the rain, across arroyos, through serious rock slides, up and down roads with no more dirt left, just rocks....all to get to a pristine hot spring on a cool day in August due to nearby hurricane Marie.

All this with OEM Dunlop tires. Would be easier with All-Terrains or the like, but hey, I've got Crawl Control!

Beach run this past weekend to Destin, FL. Sorry, vehicles not allowed on the sand there so no pics of true beach running. But the vehicle got us and all the beach gear and ice chests there in style & comfort. Most seat time I have had in it to date, being the wife's daily driver. Very happy with this purchase and thrilled with the front bilstiens. Avg mpg 19.2 running mostly 80. Thinking that's not bad.

Best I have ever seen the water in Destin area. Drove the scenic beach hwy home and this was just east of Pensacola, FL.

Decided to forgo some practicality and jumped head long into Cooper STMaxx on Stealth SR8s. Tires ride great. Ever so slight hum I can hear but I have bat ears for that stuff. Toytec BOSS lift comes Thursday then my build will be pretty much complete.
