I know, I know. I remember the post when you did it. If I recall there is one on the other side also. That's the one [MENTION=65614]Antman[/MENTION] plugs into to drain your battery.

Finally got a permanent 2 meter antenna mounted to my bumper!

Ok, I know that's not as good as on the roof, but after dealing with a mag mount that I can only put on occasionally (have to park in a garage) and it messing up my roof. I decided that 100% radio acessability at 80% signal strength was better than 100% signal strength but radio useable only 3% of the time.

Besides, I'll keep the mag mount stowed in the vehicle if it's a real emergency and need max range.

Ok, I Just went out and got a pic on my phone in the work parking lot. Not the easiest thing to see Just noticed the reflection of my CB firestik in the same spot on the other side in the back window.



It does surprisingly well there and should be no problem at all for normal car to car simplex. Definitely not as strong as my 5/8 wave mag-mount on the roof, but not too bad either!

Installed some Interior LEDs from Ebay, and got my updated lift gate shocks.
