Took my roof rack rails to powder coater today and picking up my 6 spoke TRD Pro black wheels tomorrow.

When I get done this baby is going to be tri-black.

Attitude Black on black on black.

Yeah. Wheels are such a personal taste thing most definitely. I just love the SEMA/TRD 6 spoke wheels. They just look right on the 4Runner IMO.

I'm not going to get to crazy with mods as a stock 4Runner is just fine for the limited offroad excursions I do, but I just paid her off and thought I'd give her a little jewelry to celebrate.

Nice! Paid off! Agreed on the Pro wheels. My wife is tough to agree on them since she doesnt have a TRD model. I will "wear her down" if possible. Cheers!!

70+ degree weather in Seattle! Perfect day to be outdoors doing car stuff.

Did the roofrack delete which will stand for 24 hours until my Prinsu rack arrives tomorrow. Honestly think it looks better without the rack. If I wasn't going to install my Prinsu I'd actually roll rackless.

Ordered BFG TA KO2 275 70 17.

Really wanted to stay stock until 3" lift later on but the stock tires and me don't mix at all.

install tomorrow.

Also ordered brighter bulbs for low beam n high beam, Ram mount for IPhone.

Lifted my truck a week ago and I've spent the last few days going back and forth trying to decide on a set of tires. :ybrick:

Nothing wrong with my KO2s, just want to try something different when I jump to 285s.

I finished my upper grille light bar install last weekend and finally got to take some good photos of it all lit up and just with the amber backlighting on. I will be finalizing some wire routing, as I did things temporarily until my wire sheathing came in the mail. After that, a full write-up on my build page as per usual.

Got the rear camera bypassed and a new one installed on my swing arm, yay I have a rearview camera again!

Also installed the Pelfreybilt Sliders and Icon Shin Guards and rubber booties to protect the lower shaft of the rear shocks.

installed all shrockworks skids (except gas tank gotta wait to run it down again...)

nice smooth under-body just waiting for some rocks!!!

anybody in Houston want some well loved OEM skids???? If not, they are taking the ride to the scrap yard to become something else in their new life...
