It was pretty easy. One 2"x4", and a 4'x4' section of 3/4" plywood. Materials were about $60, throw in the cost of bins, bedliner, and bungee chords and it was about $150 total.

So I got rid of the flip top cover over the power plugs, never used it and it was always in the way anyhow and then I built a cover for the storage space and added a bunch of extra power outlet and battery monitor, the console fits almost perfect in the front of the storage shelf

I love my 1Up rack. What's the purpose of the little attachments that make contact with the tires? Never seen 'em before.

Swapped out the factory 13" 600# off my Fox's and swapped in 14" 700# Eibach coils. Running an additional 350lbs of armor toward the front which the factory coils could not handle. Also took a crap load of preload just to get some decent height.

Comparison pics show the 13" 600# Fox/Eibach coils with about 2.5" of preload compared to current setup with 14" 700# Eibach coils1" preload driver/passenger. Also measurements from center hub to fender.
