Well it was over the past weekend, but myself and some buddies ran the Mojave Road Trail from Laughlin to Barstow. If you get a chance, run the trail. Best trip I've ever run.

Went to go pick up some konig-esque wheels off a guy an hr away...got about 10 minutes away and the dude texts me that he just sold them! So f'in mad. We made a deal last night and I took off as soon as I got off work...I hat douchebags like that. So basically all I did was drive it!

I disagree. I have been on numerous off roading adventures with open diffs. I love it. It's an amazing feeling when you make it up stuff guys that have lockers can. They're impressed and I'm impressed.

Finally fixed the dome light issue. Just needed new door frame switches for the front. Hooray for 5 minute fixes!

I swapped out all 4 of mine using used parts from a SW 4runner, and they work great! My originals were really flaky...most times they didn't work. The "new" used ones from the donor 4runner all work perfectly! Simple pleasures...

Took her for a test drive to work after having the timimg belt and water pump and whatnot replaced this week. Feel a lot better since that is taken care of.

I can still roll trough stuff in 2wd unlocked that my buddies Jeep gets stuck in with 4wd. But that locker, I miss it.:sobbing: Pretty sure it's the ECU, I'll get to it one day.

Today we took the dogs and the kids out to the beach. The "Secret Beach" as my 4yr old calls it, no spring breakers:flipoff: or traffic for the 30min trail ride out there.

The little peninsula we were on slowly turned into an island with an unusually high tide. 20ft of 2ft deep brackish water separated us from shore. Nuthin we couldn't blast through. I even let my kid steer.

Fun day ended with a good pressure washing and I actually cleaned the inside. Like Purple Power'd the seats and door skins then Armoralled it everything.

It was a blast! We get out there almost once a month, always fun. Same place we go camping too.

I've been in need of a fun day after spending all weekend and yesterday pulling down and putting up a new fence. Only one more side to go!

Replaced clutch and 1" body lift.

Then we took it out to the desert northwest of the Great Salt Lake. Had a great time. Too bad the camera died and my phone is a P.O.S.

changed oil and flushed power steering fluid. While doing the oil noticed my cv boots finally gave up after a little over a year since my lift. Got two remans from Napa and for the first time changed both axles out. Now to decide what to do with the originals.. Keep one and reboot, turn in the other..?? core charge is $111 They want those cores! Oh and one of my remans looks exactly like OEM, the other looks like OEM as well except the middle shaft does not have the taper. The remans cost $53

I changed my plugs! No NGK wires were available at Autozone, but I'll do them soon enough. Might I add, what a PITA to do basic maintenance, like changing spark plugs. I mean I'll deal with it because my 4runner is running like a champ even at 180k miles, but still!

Installed my 2" 4crawler body lift. I did it solo and it took me about 3 hours in the rain. However when I was cleaning up my tools I realized I had a 2" front bumper bracket to install so I'm not quite done yet.
