What did you do with your 4runner today?

Drove her to Kirkwood for a wedding. I'm rethinking my rear coil setup, the Superflex coils can't haul that much. I had around 140lbs of clothes, cooler and normal gear(straps, compressor, hitches, etc.) and I could definitely feel the weight. It wasn't anything to be concerned about but i might switch too either OME 896's, a 1" rear spacer or AP 3.5" coils(better dep. angle!).

Do the 895's Chris, I've got 150 pounds in the back at all times with my sub, recovery gear and my bunker gear and the ass end rides perfect. I think the 896's would be overkill. The only time i've ever been able to feel the weight I had 3 grown adults in the back and a hitch carrier loaded down with 2 coolers full of ice and beer. With all the stuff it only sat the ass end down an inch or so.

I'm about to do a custom cargo box with 3/4" plywood and all the fixin's and I have no worries about these coils supporting the weight.

Backed into a telephone pole in my blind spot while turning last night. (wheels were almost at lock, turned towards passenger). It blended into the shadows and was made even harder to see because of the C and D pillars and the tinted windows. Steel bumper time!!!

Got a quote from my local Toyota body shop; Just the bumper cover painted to match would be $700.... OR I can get a plate steel bumper for $700. I'm getting steel

Rode some trails down at Hoosier National Forest yesterday. When I went to the car wash after I noticed a broken rear sway bar link.
Don't know how long it's been that way but just something else I am gonna need to fix when putting on my lift. Which I was hoping to do this week sometime.

Finally got my new Toytec Ultimate setup aligned! Absolutely love the ride!

I did the Firestone Lifetime Alignment package for $159. It took the guy about 20 minutes. I'm happy with the results, but would have liked a little more symmetry in the caster settings and camber closer to 0. I can see how it feels over time and take it back if I need to... as many times as I like!

Camber: L=-0.6 R=-0.7
Caster: L=3.5 R=2.9
Toe: L=0.03 R=0.03
