Replaced the AutoZone battery with a massive capacity Diehard Platinum Marine battery. This it the mother of all batteries. And yes, it fits...barely. I had to reroute a few cables. The stock battery holder does work with this.
I opted to do this instead of the dual battery setup. I can run my ARB fridge all night and the truck will start the next morning.

Installed my Light Racing UCA's today. Separating the ball joint on the passenger side was a MF! The driver side might have taken 15 minutes. Thanks to guys that posted tips. I was able to do my driver's side without having to do anything to the battery. From the little bit i have driven since finishing them i think i can tell a difference in the right quality, for the better.

How difficult/confusing were the headlights and baking?

Tried something new to me called "Jig-a-Loo" that I think is like a silicone lubricant.
It was pretty easy, just time consuming. The hardest part for me was taking off the plastic blinker cover (inside the light) without breaking any tabs. If you go slow, you should be fine. I've never done anything like this before and am pretty happy with the results. No leaks yet - fingers crossed.

I understand your point of view. I did purchase this as a D/D, and to use it for what it made to do. Just at times, I might end up running into opstickles,
that are un for seeable, and to late to turn around, in my adventures of where I'm going.

Went on a adventure this weekend, no damage this time. Tested the new tires and up grades from winter. Only got to use the winch for a line for the tarp for bad weather.
It failed the hail storm though. Other than that, gave it all kinds of off roading test, and mother nature, good to go.

The calipers have a stamped lettering on the side facing the vehicle. WG is the stamp for the smaller brakes. I can't remember right now what the other letter options are that indicate the bigger size. I could look it up but I'm sure someone can pop in here and let you know.

Where did you find the projectors? Are they still 9006 bulbs? They look great!

Not 9006 anymore they are now D2S Philips 85122+. I got the projectors through a group buy on Tacoma World. (The Retrofit Source). Thanks for the compliment.
