What is the snowflake-y stuff on top of brand new Toyota pink coolant

Hi,

I was doing some coolant change for my 2017 4Runner limited. I noticed something like snowflake floating on top of the coolant (just poured from a brand new bottle bought at a dealership). It just looks off to me. Anyone knows what this is? Should I be concerned about it?

Thank you for the reply. You gave me some hints. I think this is the case of coolant of being stored for too long and some of the chemicals in it broke down over time. I had never thought to check the coolant bought from dealership but going forward I will.
