What year engine do i have?

I have been working on correcting some hax work on the 86 4runner i recently bought. I want to replace all the vacuum lines with new silicon. The trouble i am having is NONE of the vacuum diagrams i can find match what is under my hood. So my questions are
1: do i have an 86motor? Or is this a later model year that was swapped in at some time.
2: In the picture is a part that i can not find in ANY of the years diagrams for the vacuum system. what is it?(circles in red)
3: The Bimetal vacuum switch is gone, one of the lines that would have gone to it is capped, the other is run dirrectly to the VSV. I have seen threads where it is recommended to connect the 2 lines from the BVSV. However if i do that, the VSV will not have a line running to it.(blue arrow)

Thanks for any help on these issues

the block could be anywhere withing 1980 to 1995
the EFI is 85 and up
the only way to tell the exact year is to decode the serial numbers on the block

update

Well, somewhere between an 86 and the 88 and the diagrams match what i have. The vacuum system was completly haxed. Got new silicon today, and found more cracked hoses when i did a valve adjustment. Pics when im done.

ive had 3 different EFI set ups, one from an 88, one from 87, and one from 86. that looks most like my 86 set up out of all of the pics i have. it shouldnt matter a whole lot as long as the motor and computer are working together.
