I have to search but I think the hub bore size is the issue

ETA: ours are 106mm so 4.17

thanks for the quick reply.. yea i'm not sure what the hub bore should be.. every wheel i look at, it's saying it doesn't fit.. and i'm not sure if i should be trusting "EBAY" for fitment advise lol

Not really answering your question here but, have you tried checking on more reputable sites like tirerack or discounttire to see what kind of wheel specs fit, and then compare that to the specs of the wheels you are looking at on ebay?

Nice looking wheels BTW, hope you get them so I can see pictures of them on your 4runner!

I just went through this with that same wheel. I was told it will not clear the calipers without wheels spacers. I wanted to go with steel ones too, but the weight was a bit much. I went with Konig Countersteer X.

Well, i've come across 2 sets of wheels that look like they will fit from the specs i've read on here.. AND the website says they'll fit.. here they are

This is the 17x9 with 4.5" Backspacing on 6X5.5 lugs
Pro Comp Wheels Part 52-7983 - 52 Rock Crawler Series - Gloss Black Powder Wheels

here is the 17x8 with 4.5" Backspacing on 6x5.5 lugs
Pro Comp Wheels Part 52-7883 - 52 Rock Crawler Series - Gloss Black Powder Wheels

so which do i chose.. i'd probably go with the 17x9 cuz i like the look of having the wheels at the very least flush.. and i like it even better if i can get them to stick out just a tad bit.. looks good in my opinion.

Will i have any issue clearing the brakes? Only rubbing issue i'd expect is with the body mount.. which chopping it will take care of that i'd assume..

anything else i should beware about with these wheels? yes i know they aren't top of the line.. i never cared for anything else, i've ALWAYS liked these style wheels and wanted them even 2 years ago when i was looking at 4th gens.. and ended up with a 5th gen ;) Thanks Guys!

on Truck Parts & Jeep Parts - Lift Kits, Winches, Tonneau Covers, Tires, Wheels, Bumpers, Performance ? 4 Wheel Parts they have these.. what seem to be the same wheels as on ebay.. but on ebay it says it won't fit.. but on the wheel parts website it says that they fit.. whether the offset or whatnot is different i dont know.. i pretty much save on shipping by doing it through ebay.. which is only $20 so i'd just order from their site
