Why would you jack up on the slider and not the frame? If you plan on hitting it hard get budbuilt. OPOR for the money is a great slider. Great step as well!

Shrockworks - there's no excuse for the lead time, but a great product. If you live in the Houston area drop in and pick them up to save shipping charge.

I went with Metal Tech Trail Edition Sliders. They stick out a bit farther than OPOR so they can be used as a step as well. Very beefy and very durable. I have no complaints other than the $650 prices tag plus $50+ shipping. They powder coat the sliders inside and out which means they ship them in separate boxes.

I beat the hell out of my sliders and would only use metaltech beefy or 4x4labs. It just depends on your use what best bets are. For most people any of the good names will be plenty for their use.

Budbuilt?
I went back and forth between Opor and BB but wanted it quickly and BB had a better lead time

I remember when sliders were something you made yourself or had made by some one eyed hillbilly who took payment in cases of Natty Light and/or 22LR.

In the end they're a beefy metal tube and it's really hard to **** up something so damn simple or introduce some incredible advancements in tubes that stick out the side of your truck.

With that said, attachment is key, and you really are better off welding them to the frame than bolting... these things technically can have most if not all the weight of your vehicle on them.

Help me decide which sliders to put on my 2015 SR5 Premium.

there are many slider manufacturers out there that want your business.

WHAT HE SAID ^^^^. Shrockworks puts out a great product and you might have to wait for it but you won't have to pay shipping! =]

Im planning on putting some (dimpled tread plate style) on order shortly, to get 'em just in time for the lone star jamboree next year... :drum:

Shrockworks all the way, great fit and finish and awesome customer service. These are hand made parts so you have to wait for them but it's well worth it.
