WhiteKnight Build - (Smallfry's rebuild)

4runner is finally out of the body shop after the accident and finally got a couple of photos of it but something just doesn't look quite right. Anyone care to guess?

I'm actually a little mad with the body shop about it. Apparently, Toyota no longer makes the colored match grills only the chrome grills. So instead of calling me or letting me know during one of my follow-up phone calls I made they went ahead and though the chrome gill on instead of trying to track down a color match grill either the exact same color or one to repaint.

When I received the photos and saw the grill I plain up told the shop manager that I'm not accepting my 4runner with that grill and that they better track down a different grill. Needless, to say they found another grill but it won't be here till Friday and won’t be ready till Monday.

So there goes my weekend plans I had for it (I'm working out of state for a few months and this was my weekend home so I was excited to get her back but nope.)

Both. I'm working in Colorado Sprigs for a few months and fly back once a month.

Thanks for the invite but I'm not a big fan of the sand.

Have you been out to the ice caves out that way? If not you should try and find them their kind of fun.

Yes, sir. I saw them on craigslist for a few weeks but I was looking for the black ones or the newer bead lock rims but when the guy drop the price this week I decide to pick them up.

I paid 550 for them which I thought seemed like a fair price after doing some research.

Yeah man been there. Also the civil defense caves. Nice and cool in the hot summers.
 
Feeler: Anyone in Utah interested in the Tacoma Baja style rims I have? Granted, they are still on my vehicle and I'm out of state till Friday.

Just kind of a feeler at the moment but anyone with the Utah region with a 3rd gen 4runner with limited/sport style flares interested in a rear CBI bumper?

Looking at having CBI build me a different one so the spare can go underneath.

Any Utah folks interested in the rims, asking $500 (for the 4).

I'll be home if two weeks for a few and would like to see them gone.
 
I really dig those and would seek out a set if they were 17's, but I really like being able to run the JK takeoffs....cheap tire, lol.
