That's one of the other things that I thinking. I did the test cycle to get the DTC code (21) which is the code of the sensor but from what I've read you can get the code as well without it being in the sun.
I wouldn't think that a bad sensor would cause the blower not to come on. Issue #1 I can live with but not having a working blower/fan isn't good.

To ATC, do a search on ebaymotors for toyota 4runner climate control and their ad will pop up its for $115 bones.

Right now I'm leaning towards the General Grabber AT2 or the Cooper Discover AT3 but might go back to the Yokohama's since I've had good luck with those in the past.

Got the front lift completed but ran into an issue with the rear. While jacking it up to readjust the jackstands the jack crapped out which in turn caused my 4runner to shift to the left and putting the axle on the floor 
. Spent about 45 minutes slowly lifting both the sides up with my spare jack to get the jackstands back under it.
Hopefully, by Monday night it will be back on 4-wheels.
Tire wise I think I'm going to give the Cooper Discover ATP's a go and see how they do.

Hope you get it buttoned up soon man.....sucks that the jack crapped out like that... but lucky you weren't under the truck when it happened!

Well, after a long Saturday morning my 4runner is armored up a little more and sitting on some new tires.
Gotta thank Rockware (they have a nice buggie they used at the KOH) in Colorado Springs for welding on the sliders this morning.
Next up will be to get a tune-up and find out where the metal on metal sound is now coming from when I turn (I'm think it's getting from the drivers side front wheel).

Finally, got around to installing my CB today minus the antenna.

Clearance, I'm going to pick up a 90* bend to see that helps some. In hind sight I probable should've put it higher up or on the passenger side but I'm happy with it overall.

I've always hated the color white for vehicles, but DAMN. That is one sexy runner that is impossible to hate.
