Wow that's a good price for laser cut film. Does he do clear bra's too?
And I thought I was the only one that happens to with the seatbelt thing.........
Good question, I don't know. Never thought to ask until now, thanks for the heads up.

Tint over the rears, removed the port installed tint on the fronts and re-tinted.
I'm in the market for tinting the fronts on my 2012 BLACK SR5. (somewhere between 35% and 50%)
I just called my usual "tint guy". He said it's $70 to do the fronts. Good deal based on what everyone here is claiming the paid. And yes, he does great work.
He did give me a warning, however. He said the stock factory front windows have some sort of "yellowish" hue to them!? And that the tint wont match EXACTLY. Has anyone heard of this before? (I see the above quote mentioned removing 'port'(poor typo?) from the front windows and re-tinting)
He said he tinted another 4runner recently, and he noticed the windows looked a tad yellow, and not 100% "clear". He said the 4R owner said it looked great in the end, but the "tint guy" noticed it. I think it's just because he'd the perfectionist, and the average joe wouldn't even notice.
thoughts?
Why wouldn't an officer order the occupants of a vehicle to roll all windows down or make them get out of the car if they were unsure of what's lurking inside? People with good intentions (like myself) would have no problem with complying or doing whatever it takes to make the officer feel at ease.
Why are you people re-tint the rear and back windows?
Does the tint from Toyota is no good (quality speaking) or what's the point to do that?
I think if you'll do a 25% with the front will be almost the same like the back and rear. I just tint my front windows but I never thought to do also the back and rear windows.
I went ahead with tint over the rears purely for the UV and heat blocking. As far as I know the factory smoke tint provides neither, it's purely for privacy/asthetics. The digifilm that toyota put on works fine, I had it all around on my Tacoma with no problems. I had him take it off the runner because it wasn't dark enough for me and the Madico tint I had put on keeps much more heat out. The Digifilm UV blocking is also questionable. Hope that helps.
