Would like you alls opinion on these wheels

I am looking to put some wheels on my Runner to kill off some of the extra weight the Duratracs added. I was looking at the Level 8 Tracker's in black.
17x8.5 6-139.7 -6

Are these a cheap alternative? I definitely do not want to compromise on quality. If you have any other suggestions for a lightweight wheel please tell.

From what I have found they are 24lbs, though information for weights of these things seems to be misleading. I was also looking at the Mickey Thompson Classic 2's in black, though on the MT site it states those are 24lbs too, but then on a retailer's site they say 27lbs...?

I like the design. They appear to be easy to clean - Brake dust etc...

"Blacked-Out" seems to be the thing lately. You would be "cool". lol.

I might personally choose chrome or satin stainless. Color is a personal choice.

Looking at them in comparison to vehicle color would give me better perspective for a more developed opinion.

Quality - I have no familiarity with the brand. What is the warranty?

The carbon fiber center cap is nice. I'm sure they'll look nice but hard to say for sure without actually seeing them on your truck. Anybody with photoshop skills here?

Those are the same wheels on my short list. Double check the backspacing on the classic2s. I thought they were 5. I think a bunch of the fj member run level8 wheels.

Thanks for all the input guys, I believe I can get these from the nearest DiscountTire as well which will make it easy on me. Around 650 installed including tax. I really like the price, would love the Mickey Thompson's more as I am biased to that brand... though not being able to get 100% accurate numbers on the weight makes me shy away from them.

Honestly, I'd have to see one on a scale to buy that. The ATX mojaves are 27ish lb, the stock TEs are 27lb or so, the only wheels that I've seen in the 21-22lb are the Koenig Countersteers, and just look at them, they don't have nearly as much metal as these would appear to.

Even the blackrock type D is 23lb or so, and the similar to these 908B are 29lb iirc.

That being said, I hope you are right.

If you are going for the round hole look why not just powder coat your trail rims black. I think the trail rims in black look better than these.

You asked for opinions so I will give you mine. I do not like black wheels especially on black vehicles. I just do not get it.

Black rims are just so much more bad ass on 4 wheel drive vehicles and some cars. Silver rims and especially chromed rims, bumpers, door handles etc are so 80s or for he older generation or for mothers. Now this is not always the case. There are always exceptions.

It's more the combination of wheel and vehicle than what's currently cool or not cool. I had chrome mickey thompson classic 2s on my black tundra, wrapped in 33x16 bfg a/t. I thought it was a good combo. I'm looking at black wheels for my 4r because I haven't liked any of the chrome options I've seen so far.
