The 2012 Land Cruiser will not be produced. The 2013 Land Cruiser will start production in January 2012.

Hmmm... has the 200 been out that long that it's already due for the next gen?

Lc makes no sense. they are make lc in 2012, but calling them 2013? must be a redesign?

IMO ......If this article is correct .I would think they are probably pushed back because of the Earthquake disaster and the overall economic climate rather then a redesign.
They don't sell that many LC200's and 4Runners compared to their other vehicles anyways.

Japan is in turmoil right now and the reason their Prime Minister Naoto Kan resigned today .
That's the 5th one in the last 6 years. Maybe Obama will be the next to resign.....:whip2: lol

According to latest Car & Driver, changes to 2012 4R are: "Entune becomes optional, and power running boards become optional."

Suggest you look for an '11 closest to your needs. I'd guess you'll pay close to MSRP for a special order '12 stripper. You can likely buy an '11 with some options close to same price.

Don't know how long you keep vehicles, but you may want to consider resale in this mix.
