Just did something similar to this the other day on mine. Went with 285/70/17 ko2s with a 3" lift and had bad rubbing in reverse after my alignment. All I did was remove the two bolts, pull the liner in and drill new holes and boom, all rubbing was gone. Thankfully I didn't have to cut anything.
Are you running spacers though?
Now I've noticed you are all over Instagram/youtube etc with your trips, and you seem to be pretty active. Any regrets on going with the 285 and that digging into your MPG with all your driving? I do minimum 70 miles per day and that is conservative.
Thanks and loving the vlogs

Humbly suggest adding this thread to http://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/92594-modifications-write-ups-quick-links-faqs.html when you have a moment 1engineer.
I know it's not the only one but it's probably the best. Well done JasonKoko.
Wow. That's an awesome compliment. Thank you!

Question for OP, do you remember what your castor was after the alignment? I just lifted mine with the same wheels, spacers and 285's. I'm not quite rubbing on the front bumper yet but I am hitting the body mounts pretty bad if I turn the steering wheel passed one full turn. My castor is 3.3 and 3.5 with Total Chaos uppers. Alignment guy is trying to figure out how to get more castor to pull me away from the body mounts, but I'm afraid a BMC is in my future.
Thanks for this write up!

I recently installed a set of 275 K02's on SCS Ray 10 Wheels (17 X 8.5 BS:4.30" et-10mm) with a stock lift. I removed the mudflups in the front and they still rub significantly in reverse at maybe 60% lock.
Is there a way to push the fender liner back?
I'm going to be lifting the truck, but I also plan on adding 1.25" spacers.

You should probably try reading thru this entire thread. You will find your remedy. It's a very simple fix.
Have you removed the mud flap already? It shouldn't be rubbing in rear of the fender liner.I'll skim thru again, but I'm looking to push the rear of the liners back (not forward in the font), as that is where I'm rubbing.
