Prinsu Full Size No Drill Option?
Anyone purchase the full length Prinsu and install it without drilling? I was reading the thread and people were saying they may try running it with sticky mounts similar to the Gobi or Baja mounts. I know Zach recommends drilling to mount, but I'm wondering what others experiences are.
I'm on the fence on purchase the 3/4 or the full size. I would like to avoid drilling into the roof to avoid any points of failure.

Get a full size, throw a lei on the Duke for luck, and drill it. 
If you are worried put some anti rust or hand paint around the hole before installing the EZ nut. It's really not a big deal.
The wife is planning on Maui this year. We were married in Oahu and have been to most of the islands. If only I could convince her to move there permanently.

Still have my full length sitting in the garage waiting for me to install - weather and work has not cooperated so far this year!
I am planning on non-drilling and using 3M VHB 4950 tape on the front feet - similar idea to the other full length racks. If the tape fails (from some reading I highly doubt it) then I will bust out the drill...

Finally had a chance to try and mount the rack today. Spent 20 minutes trying to get the damn end caps of - what a PITA...
Got everything all laid out ready to start cleaning and mounting BUT WAIT... where the hell is the mounting spacers and bolts????
Bloody hell, looks like I missed place/never got one set of mounting hardware. Guess it's off to contact Zach about another set and just when I thought I could actually get this thing out of my garage and onto the Runner

Ok, so after months of delays here we go...
So Zach sent off some replacement hardware for the missing sets - can't recommend him enough absolutely top notch customer service!!!
Got the rack all bolted together and undid the OEM unit (use a bike tire lever to remove the end caps - WAY easier than a pry bar). Lined up the full length unit and noticed two things:
1) Maybe it's me but it looks like the rack does not have 90degree angled feet - or maybe they aren't supposed? When resting on the aluminum spacers they aren't siting flush and appear to be angled inwards... anyone else with a full length unit that can comment???
2) You can not flush mount the front feet. I was looking at trying to use some 3M VHB tape to attach the front feet to the roof line and weather strip - it just doesn't work. The angle of the feet and their length interfere with the ridges in the roof sheet metal. I could see the possibility of using a slim piece of metal in the channel attaching to a wider piece that the footings could then rest on...
Because of the weird angle issue I ran into, I ended up putting the OEM back on until I can determine if I need to piece the side rails in a vice and "adjust" the angles properly...

Anyone Mount a RTT on this yet, does it hold secure, whats the weight capacity of the rack?
