The small lithium ion power packs are only designed to help a weak battery. Probably good for 75-80% of situations where you find yourself stranded in the parking lot the supermarket. No good for the dead as doornail situation. They are helpful to have for charging phones on camping trips. They work excellent for hybrids that have a small weak 12v system.
IMO the capacity ratings on these can be exaggerated about 5-10x. (18,000mAh rated uses an 1800mAh 3s battery).
On the plus side, a charge should hold at least 6 mos.
The bigger gel cell battery jumper systems will probably have more power but will need a maintenance charge every 1-2 mos max. IMO. Also a gel cell won’t last more than a couple years. YMmV. Differing opinions are welcome.

FWIW- I have a Lithium Back up pack ( about $60 off Amazon) . I was very skeptical that it could start a dead battery. One day my 2002 Sequoia's battery was dead due to an inside light being left on. The vehicle was at home, so I have a heavy duty charger but instead grabbed the hand sized Lithium power pack to test it out. To my surprise, the little pack started that big V-8 engine right up. Perhaps I lucked out and got a good one, but sure give me piece of mind to have under the seat ( I still carry jumper cables).

Batteries- like oil, everyone has a favorite. I really like Costco. However , I had bad luck with a Costco battery I installed in my former 2002 Corvette. The battery leaked acid ( and if you are familiar with that model year Corvette- not a good situation) . I returned and exchanged the battery 2 times, all three batteries leaked acid. Optima Red Top battery solved the issue.

Now this was about 6 years ago, so Costco most likely has resolved the issue or changed battery suppliers.

I have had very good luck over the years on several batteries from Walmart on my 2002 Sequoia. I'll probably go that route when it is time to replace the battery in my 2015 TRD 4Runner.

Aren't many other batteries just rebranded Interstate batteries anyway?

What some don't know is Interstate does not make batteries. Most of theirs are made by Johnson Controls; some by other mfgs. Those who doubt this can go to their web site and ask.

Costco batteries seem to be the most affordable. I went thru 4 of them in an '06 Avalon B4 I threw in the towel. Hope they work out better for those who have purchased them. The old Kirkland line that Costco once carried was supposedly very good.

I replacement the OEM battery in my 2013 just last year with the exact same one you have. Doing great so far. Aren't many other batteries just rebranded Interstate batteries anyway?

One weird thing is that if you go to the Interstate web page and use their sizing tool, it actually spits out a 24F battery vs. group 23????

It's Costco Fitment Code: 23 Group Size is 24F.
