Ordered my pan hard drop brackets today, thanks [MENTION=28464]eimkeith[/MENTION] Talked to my buddy, sounds like I am all set, he's going to cut my upper shock mounts off, and re-weld them into place on the outside of the frame. Outboard shock mounts here I come.
I haven't updated this as much as I should have, and most of the adventures aren't in here. I will put the upcoming ones in here.

Out with the old, in with the new today. Finally arrived and I couldn't wait to get them on. They are in, but not completely in. Resivoir mounts aren't mounted. 39.5" to the fender well now. It's only set at 1.5". Holds the truck much better, but we'll see once all the armor gets put back on. Oh dear Icon, the next time I drop over $2k, do me a favor and throw in the $30 spanner for free. Holy things that I cannot say here...

I thought the exact same thing when I installed the coilovers. They're looking great in there, and I can't wait to see how your truck sits! I've really enjoyed how they ride on mine.

Finally all buttoned up with [MENTION=98153]MStudt[/MENTION] end links on there. Had a case of the dumb, and couldn't figure out how to put them together...:doh: Anyways it's all buttoned up now, got to order a spanner to adjust the drivers side. F you Icon for making me spend another $30. Going to go kayak fishing in the morning, come back and start taking the rear apart. Hopefully that goes as smoothly.
Sorry for the crappy pics, and PS I hate that it turns my pics sideways when I take them on my phone if I don't have my damn phone sideways.

So last week I put in the raise/drop bracket from [MENTION=28464]eimkeith[/MENTION] and it went in great. Now the biggest problem I have run into is getting the axle re-centered. I am almost a half inch to the passenger side. My adjustable panhard bar is not making it any easier. It has become a real PITA. I’m open to suggestions at this point. I have the roof rack that I also bought from [MENTION=28464]eimkeith[/MENTION] all powder coated and sitting in my garage floor. Had the Icons in the front for a bit now.....still waiting to get the rears....12 weeks later. I owe yous some pictures of the rig updated and all. Haven’t been around much...between work and deer season I been smoked.

Are you having issues getting your panhard bar holes lined up with the brackets or just adjusting the bar to get the axle centered?
If its getting the holes lined up, you could extend your adjustable bar to get the holes lined up then just readjust to center the axle.
If its getting the bar to adjust enough to get he axle centered, you can try a ratchet strap from the frame to the axle to try to pull it whatever direction needed.

Right now the bar is set at approximately 36 1/2". Sitting on the ground, bump stop edge to inside of the tire on the passenger side 2 3/4", and driver side is 2 1/4".

So I had set my pan hard bar to 35.59" and could not get them lined up. I have flexed the sides, and messed with it. Cant get the holes lined up to save my life....I have tried the ratchet strap...it didn't want to budge.

Have you loosened the bolts on all your links? How about checking for bent lower links?

I got this information from another thread and SS's panhard installation instructions but basically when the panhard is adjusted to the proper length, the mounting points should line up effortlessly at normal ride height.
This is what worked for me to get my axle centered:
1. On level surface with wheels on, I removed my panhard.
2. Loaded up my 4runner with my usual gear/load.
3. Drove my 4runner forwards & backwards a few feet then grabbed my trailer hitched & lifted up/pushed down several times. I repeated step 3 a few times to make sure my suspension was settled at ride height.
4. Adjusted my panhard so that the holes lined up with the mounting points so it could be installed without any force.
SS panhard instructions has a recommended length for a given amount of rear lift without a panhard lift/drop bracket. I don't have a lift/drop bracket but went through steps 1-4 to make sure my axle was as centered as possible & it turned out to be really close to SS recommended length.

Tried this.....I’m over it. F this thing. I broke a ratchet strap, thought I was going to drop the truck off the stands. With the lift and drop bracket it’s STILL at 37 1/4” for it to fit. It looks pretty center, but whatever. It can sit till the end of hunting season or if a magic 4Runner fairy comes to fix it, or I get a worthwhile offer on it. This thing has made me stupid frustrated.

Are you not able to adjust it now that the panhard bar is bolted up? You should be able to just loosen the jam nuts and use a pipe wrench to adjust it to the length you need. Unless your rod ends are threaded the same direction instead of opposite directions ...
