Would the 7 wraps be able to fit on a stock Runner? I'd like to buy them if you put em up for sale. Unless shipping cost to much. But if it does then i might be able to pick them up on my way out to Wyoming. Sorry got a little ahead of myself, just excited.

nah, the 7 wraps would give you 3.5 -4 inches of lift. Itll be a bit before I change my lift though, I still have to decide whether Im gonna actually install this magnaflow I have sitting around, (cmon Kregg, wheres some audio of yours!) I got to have my rock sliders welded on then Ill Line-X them or something... and I gotta pick up my gas tank skid, paint and put than on... meanwhile, Ive got a few things for sale on Craigslist to make some more money for other mods. after all thats done, Ill prob mess with the lift some...

Ok, well last week I got my clear turns put in, and then today upgraded from 7/8 wrap LC coils to 9 wrap coils

oh, for reference, the 4runner next to me has OME 891 coils in the rear. that is not a stock 4runner...

I went and got a few cans of spray paint just to protect them til I get them Line-x'd or whatever lining I decide to put on them

then gave the Runner a quick spray down

that black looks good, I'd say keep them that color maybe with some non-skid on the tops. I'm glad we got them on! Took a bit longer then expected but the end result is sweet!

yeah, I had to do a couple more coats today, saw a bit of rust on some sections I couldnt get very well the other day.

today I took it to my wifes work and grabbed a few boxes and put them in between the rocker panel and the sliders and then got underneath and sprayed away to cover up all the parts I didnt get very well the other day,

while I was at it, I touched up my tow hitch which was starting to fade quite a bit.

Thanks again Nquaint, next we need to both adjust our coilovers! and get you lifted with some 9 wraps!

Du, the truck's looking awesome man! The crew you went with have nice rigs too. I'm trying to find a group of 3rd gen owners our here in Portland. 9 wraps look good, can't wait to get mine on. Not sure if it'll sit level with trd tundras and top outs up front...if it doesn't I have 8 wraps.

Thanks guys! its starting to come together, but theres still so much to do.

I still have a magnaflow that I gotta sell, then Ill buy prob a borla or flowmaster for the Runner,

and hopefully, in a few months, Front Bumper time! something like 00Sporks'

oh, yeah, and the Gas tank skid might be in next week? maybe?

Yeah, then all I had was 2.5 inch poly spacers ontop of dead coils with new shocks...

now look at my sig! :thumb3:

I went from poly spacers to 7.75 wrap LC coils and then to 9.25 LC coils, and thats just the back suspension...

time to edit the sig one more time, Next post is another mod complete!

Ok, so I had a busy day lined up already, and I was running behind to start with, and then Gerdo (RM4wd.org) emails me letting me know that the Gas Skids were done,

I emailed my buddy Nquaint and he had already been over there and got his on. Being that I live in an apartment complex and cant be spray painting a gas tank skid in my parking lot, I knew I was gonna have to squeeze in another thing!
