Hangall Straps

Installed some straps in the back to hold my fire extinguisher... or whatever else I want to secure. Apologies for the blurry picture (looked clearer on my phone), I will get a better one later.

Thanks Mark , its the rola vortex rack , found the ad for it in Gen Discussions thread I think it was 129$ probably find in search , and the mod is from armortechoffroad 69$ I had my full size spare up there along with my camping gear so it'll hold a few lbs .

Do you have a link by chance?

As a noob to mechanics, what benefit/detriment does that give?
Thanks!

Well the biggest would be that if you lift far enough you sway bars will hit something like your steering rack or whatever is close. By making the end links longer you put them back in the location they started in. If you lift and plan on going off road then many will remove the sway bars completely so that you can get more flex out of your suspension. The cost of removing them is more body lean on corners. I am about to remove mine completely.

Great thread, I know it was posted a few pages back but I'm interested in the ported and polished intake thing. From what I've seen, my upper intake is plastic, so not much to polish there.

Reverse lights, practically plug-n-play

Just tapped into the existing trailer wiring for reverse lights. Attached the LED lights to existing screws. No fuse or wires leading to the battery or switches needed. Also no need to tap the wires to the actual reverse lights. The trailer hook up will still work.
