I've got another buddy with a 5th gen that may come along. He said hes got a few other buddies that may be interested. I'm trying to get an idea on how many more rigs.

I would love to come. I need to give my new 2008 4R a nice little workout. It has some Cooper SUV tires on it that I'm sure are not the best, but they are too new to replace. I'm not that far from Tray, so I vote for it.

I'm in for sure. I vote the mountain trails too, durhamtown's owner is an idiot and the trails are pretty sloppy

It's in north GA, between Helen and hiawassee. But while you're in Savannah, I'd recommend hitting some of the Savannah river access roads. Search for forks lake road and hogpen road number 2. They'll take you through marshes and right up to the river

Bell mountain isn't really a trail, it's a road you take from a city to the top of the mountain, there is a very small trail part I hear.

Bell is located at 34.937388,-83.739072.

Since Bell is short (although killer view) you might also want to check out Tray Mtn. It's basically a forest service road.
Tray: 34.761041,-83.667305

EDIT: Just realized you're probably travelling down I-95. North GA is way out of your way. Checkout the road NOVA mentioned.

I know it's a little late, but AZrunner11, nitrag, and myself are planning on heading up to Bull Mtn. on Saturday. Meeting at the walmart in Dahlonega at 10 a.m.

Gonna ride around the bull mtn. area.

Great pretrial ride

First off, good meet yesterday with the group we had (Spencer, Scott and Brian you guys did a hell of a job leading). Well organized and everyone pitched in. So we've settled on Tray mountain for the Memorial Day meetup and it will be an overnight affair so hopefully everyone can participate. The course we ran yesterday is good for beginners and 2wheelers; was both rocky and muddy making for a good time. There are a number of other technical trails in the area for those wanting a challenge. We settled on a potential camp site where with some planning we can get in well over a dozen trucks. We're working to wrap up details but will be posting when we get more accomplished on this. Tried to get everyone below but please share as necessary. Cheers!layball:
