Even though I can't make the trail ride, I may try to come out to the meet & greet. Should be cool to see so many 4Runners in one place. Plus I'd like to meet everyone.

I just wanted to revive an old thread. We're planning another Tray coming up June 6-7! Same format as last year and everything.
Dates:
June 6-7, 2015
Location:
Tray Mountain (Helen, GA and surrounding trails)
Meetup info:
Saturday June 6 at 10AM at Walmart Supercenter parking lot
Walmart Supercenter, 260 Donald E Thurmond Pkwy, Cleveland, GA 30528
(Meet and greet/Group pics/Build showcase)
Group Ride time: 11:30AM
Camp info:

Latitude: 34°47'4.14"N
Longitude: 83°41'10.33"W
"It should be plenty to fit a good bit of trucks into, but a second campsite is just down the mountain a hair."

Camping is primitive, no water hook ups, and no public restrooms.
Trail:
The trail is beginner, stock, and 2wd friendly. Rough enough to get your feet wet with some basic off-roading. We’ll go into the trail from the Chimney Mountain Rd side of the mountain. We’ll head up to the top, and then at the top we’ll set up our campsite. The spot of top of the mountain is large enough to fit several trucks, and the event we don’t have enough room, there is additional sites up the trail as well.
From camp, we can then split off into groups for those who want to stay and set up, and those who want to go ride a few of the more difficult trails in the area. (Bell, Charlie’s, or Dodd if they remain open at the time).
