Heater/AC Fan motor making weird noise

I have a 2005 4runner Sport V6. For the past year is sounds like the fan motor near the glove box either has something that it is hitting or something clicking with it. It is really hard to explain. I don't know if something from the glove box got stuck up in there or something else is going on.
My question is how hard is it to take the glove box out and how hard is it to replace that motor if need be.
IF someone could please direct me to step by step instructions on these 2 items and/or videos that would be great.
