How fast does the radiator fan spin?

Hey guys I am almost done rebuilding my york 210 compressor. It is an engine driven compressor so I have to run a pulley out of the engine somehow. I originally planned on putting a pulley behind the fan. My question is:

What is the ratio between engine speed and fan speed?

Once I have this I can figure out the pulley ratios.

why not just measure the fan pully it's about 5 inch from what I remember.

Ya I'll measure the fan pulley to figure out what size pulley I need on the other end. But I need to know the speed because I want to tune it so that when my engine rpm 700 so is the compressors.
 
Alumarine is right measure the crankshaft pulley. This your Compressor is a super charger or A/C. The Super Charger pulleys I have see look smaller than the water pump pulley so this could be difficult. I think the manufacture should have some suggestions.:usa2:

It's the AC compressor off a 1960's mustang. Im converting it to use for on board air. Maybe I can weld on another pulley to the crankshaft pulley. Then I can connect that extra on to the compressor.

IDK that was just a thought. Any ideas?

Pretty sure if you try welding to the stock Crankshaft Pulley aka Harmonic Balancer the heat will likely compromise the rubber middle section and the thing could fly apart. There are aftermarket solid pulleys, URD SuperGrip Crankshaft Pulley for 3.4L Toyota Trucks - Underdog Racing DevelopmentUnderdog Racing Development / URD - Aftermarket Performance Parts & Accessories for Toyota Trucks[/url] but those are aluminum and I don't know if that can be done.

You're likely to throw a pulley out of balance by welding anything onto it. It's also going to be really difficult to get anything you want to weld onto a pulley perfectly centered. You'd be better off trying to line up the compressor with one of the belts that are already there and then get a longer belt.

That sounds like a good idea. I'll go and dig around to see what I can make work today.
