i have 97 with toytec lift , 5100's and 33's .how much for a set front and rear bump stops .3 inch lift .

Got any pics showing how much compression you get out of the bump stops? The one thing I like about my current Daystar Competition bump stops is the ability to compress a couple inches before they stop compressing. It really helps create a progressive bump rather than just a hard hit. But I’m going to need to replace them soon since they are starting to fall apart and I may be interested in these if I don't go hydro bumps.

Sorry I missed this question! The Timbrens are a bit over 4.5". The kit comes with a ~2" spacer that I am not using.

Good question Assburns on the compression, I need to measure the distance between my frame and axle during full compression. Pictures don't really show what it's doing because its compressing as a whole, like a coil (if that makes since). I know I'm compressing somewhere around 1-1/2". There is not a sharp feel when contacting the bump stops. No hard hit, it's progressive. I will focus on a pic that shows the compression the best I can when I go out and make my measurements.
I am familiar with the DayStars. I humbly believe mine will be better. I'm not knocking the Daystars at all. They absolutely were an option for our 3rd gens. Until better was made...
Here are some of the advantages I see.
1. My bump stop is dual-durometer. The first 1-1/2" is similar to a pencil eraser the mid portion is firm like a car tire and the mounting base is rigid. I'm achieving a similar effect as the Daystars as far as the dampening. Daystar controls there dampening in the design (the open voids) as I rely on softer materials (dual-durometer). With feedback from the beta testing guys I can adjust my compression, if need be. I believe I got it nailed now though.
2. My bump stops have a cast in place 1/8" thick, 1-1/2" Dia washer to ensure no separation. I am not using any adhesives at all and I'm not trying to bond my bump stop to a metal backing plate... Its magic.
3. Since my rubbers are softer than the daystars I full well expect them not to fail under repeated compression. I also only deal in the highest quality raw materials. I have many contacts in the raw material world which is another reason I took this project on.
4. My bump stops do not require any additional spacers to obtain the proper length. I also offer two size bump stops, a 3-1/2" for stock and under 2" lifts and a 5-1/4" for lifts of 2"+.
5. Daystar won't take your comments, feedback and input and build a better product. I will.

Quick update for the guys that purchased a set of rear bump stops.
I ordered up the raw materials today! should have them in hand this Thursday. Currently looking like a ship date of May 10th for the completed rear bump stops.

When the beta testing is finished and there is a second round I would be interested in front and rear! I have been hitting my rears pretty hard with all the weight I have in back. I should probably get stiffer springs as well but $$$ and college life right now are not going well.
