It was a good day. Glad I could help you out. Just as importantly, I'm glad we got video footage of the job. We didn't record every last detail, but we documented some things that other write-ups or videos on this repair either didn't mention at all or didn't show in great detail. With [MENTION=102606]infamousRNR[/MENTION] video editing skills, I'm sure we're going to provide anyone with a Toyota 3.4 Liter V6 all the knowledge they need to tackle this time consuming job with a high level of confidence that they can do it right. Granted, they'll have to have some mechanical aptitude, but this job is within the ability of most DIY mechanics with the time and patience to get it done.

Steering Rack Bushings & Fuel Filter

pretty sure the steering rack bushings were the part number for a Tacoma however they worked out fine.

I need to do my valve cover... i have a misfire that I suspect is the injectors, so may do all six at once.

Btw, did you install the trd headers by yourself?

I haven't installed the TRD headers quite yet.....

Still debating on potentially having a shop do it since it sounds like such a pain in the booty sector

I've heard if you have a 1" BL, it's do-able.

Plus, I saw somewhere that if you decide to cut to remove the oem w/ a sawzall, it also make it easier.

^^^^^^^^ I was going to post the same link... As long as you have a standard size fair lead roller, this Smittybilt license plate adapter will/should work...

My license plate was slightly bent out of shape so I had to drill out the 4 mounting holes on the license plate a little bit.....
