Look what I ordered today!

Well there they are guys...its sick to say the least...everything was opened at one point just didnt feel like taking pics of everything

0ga wire is thick...knuknoceptz wire on the left and crutchfield brackets/wire on the right

the box is really nice!

pretty good pics for a canon sd630(they make great cameras)


I cant wait until tomorrow, what can i do to make the time go fast??????????
 
Holy crap. That is a lot of nice stuff. That box looks nice. Double baffle. Sweet.

I'm not sure if you ever plan on selling this stuff, but when you get it installed tomorrow you might wanted to have them give you back the boxes.

I like that speaker tower in the last picture. It looks nice.

Did they say how long it would take to install?
 
Yea my stereo speakers are sick as well. They are Infinity Kappas...they are bout 12 years old. My audiophile uncle gave them to me when he moved b/c no room in apartment.

IDK how long it will take...upwards of 4 hours I am guessing


I have to keep all the boxes to have valid warranties through the companies I bought from.

The installers are in for a treat tomorrow when I watch their every move...but if they want my $$$$.....

Im going nuts...I cant wait anymore LOL
 
I bet man. I would go to bed early to pass the time, but **** that is hard to do when your excited.

Just think, less than 24 hours from now your car is going to slam.

I forgot to ask, did you get a connector to connect your iPod to the HU?

Do you have some good songs ready to go for tomorrow?

OMG is all I have to say. I thought I was used to loud music w/ a lot of bass....holy shit LOL.

The system sounds awesome and the sheer amount of controls on the HU are overwhelming.

Honestly I dont know how anyone in their right mind could want more bass than what I have....I get headaches and I never though that I would.

The bass is just overwhelming and if Im not in the mood I can just turn off the subs on the HU...pretty cool.

The speakers sound just awesome as well.

I need to figure out where this little bit of static is coming from. With the volume all the way down there is a little bit of static/noise....i dont think that it is interference. You can only hear it when the windows are uo idling with volume all the way down.

All in all the install went very smoothly....8.5 hours I was there waiting...****ing sucked.

Going back next week to have dash kit installed. My rational mother said it was worth the extra $150 dollars to have the steering controls work again so they are gonna have to tear into the dash again.

Pics to come later once dash kit is in.

The bass is stupid loud...bigg...do you listen to yours with bass up or do you turn it down...

Any ideas at the static/hum only when there is no music on?

I dont think its alternator whine.
 
It depends how loud I wanna be. Sometimes I wanna pound so the cars next to me roll up their windows, sometimes I don't. I put the remote bass control in the center console so it's easy to adjust.
Like I said in the other thread, ask the installers about it when you go back in. For as much money as you spent to have it installed you should be completely happy with it.
