I went in through Elephant Hill last year and then out through bobby's hole and it had been recently graded (as well as it could be) So if it hasn't had a massive storm damage it again it may be ok. Though to find out you have to go down SOB hill getting back up is "fun". In fact the hardest thing in that area when we went was SOB hill! That 90 degree corner with a ledge at the top...

Yeah I remember that hill. IIRC we backed down/up the long hill because we wanted to take that ledge going forwards. We were all in 'stock' vehicles. There were a couple of early 2nd gen 4Runners, a Grand Cherokee, and a Mitsubishi Mighty Max (that one was built a bit).

Ordered front 5100's to use with the stock coils and rear 1.5" spacers. I don't have the cash to do the full c/o swap that I really want so this should tide me over for a year or so. Plus I miss the ride of the 5100's I had in my '01.

Got the lift all put on. My brother came down with my former '01 and we parked them side by side to compare. They were about the same height ground to diff and ground to rocker panel. I'm pretty pleased with this combo and it looks really good with the 275-70-17 KO2's. I'm dying to get it out into the desert again.

My brother bought this last night. This makes a '16 Taco, '16 TEP, '06 Sport, '02 SR5, and '01 SR5 in the family. Toyota for life.

Took Kylo and my brother's new Taco out to find some dirt today. Lots of fun for a couple of hours.

Moab April 2016

Took a weekend trip down to Moab last weekend. Weather was awful Friday night into Saturday afternoon but by Saturday evening it was gorgeous. Didn't do anything crazy, just out to explore a bit. Met with [MENTION=107119]2014 Warthog[/MENTION] for Saturday morning.

After a VERY windy night woke up to this.

Poor Dewey Bridge. Burned by arson in 2008.

The campsite was awesome. I stopped a bit earlier than I wanted to just because I couldn't pass up that spot. It was certainly a long drive, but I've driven to Alaska and back 5 times so I don't mind a drive.

It was fun! Let me know if you come up again! I'm always looking for a reason to go to Moab.

Went camping up at Bear Lake this weekend with my brother and his kids. While up there we ran a couple of trails that were nearby. Fun times, though now we're both buying parts for the rear diff breather mod.

White Rim, Again

Yet another trip to the White Rim this year. Note to self: June is WAY TOO FRAKKING HOT to go ever again.

We had some extended family that wanted to make the trip so my family tagged along. We had the following vehicles:

2016 Taco DCSB TRDOR
2006 T4R Sport
2002 T4R SR5
2001 T4R SR5
Dodge Ram

13 people including two 6 year olds.
