I decided not to paint the FZJ80 rims and leave it alone because it's going to be used only when wheeled. I got the Toyo M/Ts mounted & balanced. Tires are 265/75R16.

Never posted here but cool rig, I like front end. Those treads on those tires make them look big to me. Any chance you have pics of the calipers where they were shaved for clearance?

The calipers is not mines. It's speedys garages picture. I'm not in the mood to take my rim off at the moment.

I just finished installing my new remand alt that lasted 1.5 months.

Also started on another project. It's and VIAIR 380C compressor. I just got it mounted and will be wiring it up when my 3gal tank comes in. Got it used for cheap.

Went to NACHES TRAIL yesterday. Not much pictures, but Alot of wheeling. It was a beautiful day, wheeling wise!

On Monday I installed another Blue Seas dual USB charger in the 2nd row ash tray. Nobody smokes, so I put it there. Now I have 1 USB charger in the front and 1 in the back.

Ok, this is cool. Can you explain how you hook it up and mounted that? I've been looking for a clean way to add USB's to the back of the rear heater...

I just drilled a hole in the front and cut the rear metal with a cutting wheel. Then I connected it's to a BlueSeas fuse block. Done.

Is that the fiber glass tacoma front end or is it just a reg. one that you made fit it looks nice i looked at the fiber glass ones online

Genuine Toyota parts. Only the black grille is aftermarket.

Yes it's was. The only time consuming piece was the front radiator support. You have to drill the spot welds and remove the 4runner support and install a Tacoma radiator support. Everything is bolt on!

I could of left the 4runner support, but I would of have to cut/drill to fit the headlights/grille/fenders

I was just going to ask for more pics, but didn't want to bug you. Very cool. So, you run those wires to the fuse box? Or did you tap power from somewhere else?

The line's are matching just like the stock 4runner fenders match like it was supposed to be there.

Running the hot/ground to a BLUESEAS 6 point fuse box.

The line's are matching just like the stock 4runner fenders match like it was supposed to be there.

Sweet it looks cool as hell ill have to see how the 2nd and 3rd gen body lines match up since they are a little different but i like it and might think about doing it

Pretty sure you can, just put a fuse before the end of the hot wire.

Lines are totally different between the 2nd and 3rd gen runners.
