I think its the 190 size from urd its not very load same as stock. It fixed my high rpm lean out.

Ok so I finally got the raidiator mounted in there I had the fan brackets welded and some mounting bungs welded on the side the bungs do not support the weight of the raidiator its really heavy empty with the fan mounted and it holds 3 gallons of water. So I made some bottom brackets out of steel to sit on and added some support to the body with some 1 inch steel strips.

Also finished mounting my new larger engine oil cooler with a 9 inch SPAL fan mounted on the back. I will be making a skid plate for it I could not mount it any higher because it would clear my stock bumper.

Heres my current project im working on this red steel hose was just temporary to get me out to the dunes for the day to go dune bashing with a hot date and her friends lol. I needed the hose because the raidiator has a 1.750 male fitting and the stock 4runner is a 1.250 male fitting so I needed to reduce it. Well the raidiator works really great no more over heating running it hard in the dunes with 4 passengers but I was running it really hard and the hose came off the bottom and I heated it to 250 I let it cool for awhile but still drove it back to camp with no water. I then zip tied the bottom hose and put all our water bottles in but not enough water at all we made it to the store driving 225 the whole way just lije 3 miles. Put 3 gallons in we still went out to eat then to this country bar till 2am she was feeling tipsy so we went to another offroad spot cooler full of beer and hung there till 4 am haha I am going to have this -16 fitting welded on the raidiator and this 45 -16 fitting welded on the engine side im going to cut the cast fitting on the engine side first to take of that 90.

Got all my materials for my catch can sheet of .090 wall aluminum 2 hoses with swivel fittings 2 breather filters and I pre fabricated it out of cardboard to make sure it fits. I just dropped it off with my friend hes going to tig weld it for some beers. Il post pics once its completed.

I bet this will make over 250hp at the wheels. But I'd be curious to see how it actually comes out with the stock ECU.

What diameter is the pulley you're running?

Correct only fuel mods are larger fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and cleaned and rebuilt stock injectors. Im not sure what size pulley it is it came with the supercharger but soon I will be adding a 15 psi pulley at my elevation should be around 12 psi. You should get the water meth injection it feels better to have that insurance and the smaller pulley is noticeable. And no I hate my dented headers I cry every time I look at them lol

So I fixed the hose size difference problem between the engine side connection 1 1/4 and the new aftermarket raidiator 1 3/4. Instead of having those fittings welded the ones I showed above I figured this would be allot more reliable and heck of allot cheaper.

I got the dapter locally it actually was a little longer with threads on the end I cut the threads off of it. I am running denso ik22 iridium spark plugs.

Here's some stuff that I have been working on. I removed my valve cover to have a -10 fitting welded on for my catch can hose. I didn't have another fitting welded on the other valve cover because the stock fitting has that 90 degree in it and its tight back there plus its not visible. While the covers were off I decided to paint them red. They turned out pretty nice.

Here are some pics of the catch can the small fitting is for the gas tank evaporated breather. I also had another bung welded in my radiator hose fitting its for a sender for electric fan thermostat. I will have some more pics tomorrow with the catch can mounted in with all the plumbing.

Just curious what psi do you see at 60mph cruising down the highway, and what psi are you starting to spray the meth, oh and your upper limit setting on the snow kit?

Also relocated my switches for easy access for driver and passenger all my friends are good co pilots that's why I also have my gages in the middle. I made the switch box out of some old ATV plastics very good quality plastic and plastic welded it all together.

According to their site the amber ones are rated at 52 lm and the white ones at 260. It's still brighter than the original 194 filament bulb though.

Are these bright enough to be seen in the daytime? I have (larger/brighter) 912 amber filament bulbs instead of 194's,can't find the lumen ratings but they are quite visible.
