What would be the fix for that? Just cut or peel that excess then spray again?

Those pictures don't look too bad, and he might be able to just clean the surface up and get rid of the dip that is sort of wadded up and touch up right there. If not, he may be able to peel if off of just the bumper and repaint the whole bumper.

Yeah, that's what I was wondering about was a touch up fix because of the way it's wadded up. I figured if you just started pulling on it a pretty big chunk might come off, but cutting that excess might let you spot fix it.

Yeah I'm not exactly sure. I have a couple of good spots missing on my wheels from the tire removal tool at the shop, and it seems too big to touch up. You would want to cut as close to the paint as you could get though if you were spot treating it. With the wheels, it's almost like a good portion of it got pulled up from the pressure washer and has made almost like a pocket where it isn't "stuck" to the material anymore.

I'm still honestly amazed at how well it has held up though, and how forgiving it is when spraying it.
