...I also ran the USB input down through the console (for Apple Car Play). Is there a special USB adapter I could put into the button slot to make it look nicer? I browsed Ebay but couldn't find a male-to-female interface.

I found this a while back on amazon. I decided not to get it because I prefer Bluetooth wireless over the wired. one less wire to deal with.
^^ that would work if you want to use that slot. I don't use apple car play, but I routed my usb with a music drive to the inside of the console in the slot where the auxillary plug was located. I originally replaced the insert with a factory usb/aux plug to keep a stock look (in the picture), but my connections weren't the greatest (you have to create a male-female end by taking apart an adapter) and it would restart the usb everytime I hit a bump. I have since then just did what you did and fished the female end through the empty slot inside.

A few installation notes:
1) PB blaster saved the day! This truck had spent some time on the California coast and all the nuts/bolts show it.
2) Sway bar links were shot so I left it off until I can get new ones. Thinking about replacing the swivel-type links.
3) Broke a bolt off installing the rear bumper extension. Didn't feel like spending an hour trying to fish it out so I put the bump stop extension in with one bolt until I think of something in the meantime.
4) Front fit in nicely, again thanks to a lot of PB blaster beforehand:
5) Doing this by myself sucked. Having a second set of hands would've been nice, but more importantly it's always fun to undergo a project like this with a buddy.

Anything is better than before; the shocks were shot. I've considered aftermarket UCA's but the alignment is fine and it the ride is nice. Maybe I don't know what I'm missing though.

UPDATE: With a little help from the spouse, I was able to bleed-out an additional amount of air from the brake lines. Much better now.

The sub on my JBL system has been blown for a long time now, making that embarrassing rattle whether it's hip-hop or rock-n-roll. I picked up the Rockford Fosgate P3SD2-8 only because of its Amazon reviews (yeah, too lazy to do too much research).
Accessing the subwoofer wasn't too difficult, although I was able to break-off one of the cargo net holders. Two write-ups mentioned that it simply popped out. Well it didn't and I was left with a eyesore, so I put a USB charger in it's place:
Not sure what I'll use it for, maybe camping?
