OP, where do you tie down your ARB Fridge and where do you keep it when you have the full sleeping area deployed?

I added tie-down points to the floor under the wings that fold up and then run "dumbo-ears" to those tie-down points, then straps through the fridge handles to the "dumbo-ears". The biggest issue is the height of the fridge, with it on top of the cargo box you cant open the fridge up all of the way. I am still working on a solution which may ultimately end up being I go to the shorter fridge that they make. I will get some pics of it next time I have it in there.

That platform/ drawer setup is super slick. I LOVE how well everything lines up, is to the edges, and looks. Good job!

TC built a small batch of them and I was lucky enough to obtain one. I don't think it is anything that they are producing anymore due to what they cost.

Thank you for the info. The cargo setup is awesome as well. Unfortunately, I don't think my dog would like jumping in and out with the added height.

Here are some close up pics of the rear Kings, they will soon have a part# and be available from King. Talk to Brian Groves there, super knowledgeable and easy to deal with plus they are willing to do custom stuff that most other shock companies don't want to deal with. One of the (many) cool things about them was the attention to detail that went into the upper mounting. Most companies just have a stud with a couple of bushings, a washer, and a nut. These have all of that, plus a plastic coated innersleeve that fits nicely into the mounting hole on the chassis and a machined billet aluminum dished-plate that goes between the washer and the bushing.

Setup looks amazing. For the secondary shocks up front, are those 8" travel? I am looking into adding a set of bypasses up front on my runner and wanted to confirm that they are in fact longer than the coilovers at 6-7" of travel. What is the extended length on them? I currently have SAW extended travel coilovers and would love to look into pairing a set of bypasses to them without having to go long travel. (granted I would love to but my 4runner already sits wide and I don't think I would be able to get enough tire coverage up front, even with glass, with needing my wheel adapters to keep the cops happy.)

They are a 6" travel, with the correct length rod end and top cap to work with the TC Hoops and stock lower arms. King has a specific part # for this setup. Here is a pic that shows the front secondary shock installed:

Speak to Brian Groves at King, he is who I worked with. They have all of the specs for the rear shocks and should be able to replicate them. Since this isn't nearly as popular of an application as the newer 4Runner's/FJ's/etc I am sure it will take some time for King to get them up on their site.

Got the new Toytec Superflex rear springs installed (huge thanks to Miles at Toytec Lifts for getting them out to me quickly!). What a night and day ride difference vs the OME 891's. Even with the amount of weight I have in the back (one of these days I will pull everything out and weigh it all) they netted me an additional 1/4" of lift. They are so soft in the back I will finally get to play with the King's Compression Adjuster Knob, where as previously I had it set all the way to soft. I also like the Driver Side and Passenger Side specific coils to help with the 4runner lean.

I didn't find any in my files, the next time I have it in I will snap some pics for you. The forward portion of the platform has legs on a hinge, the legs simply fold down and rest on the florr right behind the front seats. The rear portion of it rests on a little shelf coming off the drawer box and I use two pins to hold it in place. Simple and quick/easy to put in/take out (when the rear seats aren't in).

Here are a couple of pics, this pre-fabbed lower shock mount comes in the secondary shock hoop kit from TOTAL CHAOS (part#96602). You cut/grind off the swaybar mount from your lower arm and weld-on the new shock mount. It indexes around the big rivets in the end of the stock lower arm so placement is a breeze.

I measured the gaps before hand to double check for possible coil bind as well as ran zipties on several of the winds just to double check. The zipties are still on there after a couple of runs where I have definitely fully bottomed out the rear suspension.

To start everything looks great.
I was just wondering what length your rear bump stops were?

Do you think the secondary shock up front helps all that much or do you think a bump can would be enough?

Have you jumped?
Pre bypass and post bypass install?
