All I've ever seen for complete kits is 3". All the taller lifts are custom, just like you found out. You may have already seen this, but here's some more info on available lifts.

No chop here. No rubbing in any direction, full lock. Seems to be plenty of clearance.

Haven't done any serious off-roading yet though.

my buddy of mind has bilstien/toytec 3" and he recently installed his stealth wheels F5s with the same wheel specs as yours and added spidertrax 1.25 wheel spacers and he had to cut alot from his fenderliner and cut his lower front bumper and do a body mount chop he was rubbing real bad.
