Yeah, maybe we could charge the air in there somehow....
It can't be that hard. I'll bet if we took your idea to Toyota they could whip something right up for us. In fact, what's to say they aren't working on one right now?

In my experience. Short ram intakes makes more power up top when CAI the long tubed ones made power in the mid range but made more torque than the short rams. But the long tube is usually smaller in diameter to a short ram.
I work at oil refinery... and any time you reduce a pipe diameter you will get velocity but withless volume. But if you enlarge a pipes diameter. You get more flow but less velocity.
Isn't velocity important in helping atomization of fuel in the plenum ??? Or is the throttle body opening enough of a restriction to up the velocity before the air enters the plenum.

Maybe Safari could design the snorkel with Time and Relative Dimension in Space technology so that it'll be bigger on the inside than the outside. It can still suck in more air but be smaller so people will like the way it looks better.

It works with the FTS snorkel if you buy one of these couplers.

Without exact measurements probably impossible to know, both products haven't officially been released and the pics in this thread are the prototype. You probably just have to wait a couple months...
