My passenger side mirror is busted (glass and housing), and I was quoted by the dealership at $700 part + labor.
After watching some youtube videos on DIY, I'm going to try it myself, but looking for some advice on the part itself. The ones I'm seeing readily are unpainted (black), and a few different brands. Which should I go with, which to steer clear from?
My 2008 Silver (Titanium Met) has the painted mirrors. Should I try looking for a silver mirror or get the black and get it painted (not sure how much or where to get this done yet).
