I am WAY late to this party. I installed my 1st gen supercharger, URD six 305cc and PCU injector setup 13 years ago. Apparently my truck is a 49 state without EGR. The URD current website say's they recommend the 7th injector for non-EGR. Don't have any software or A/F sensing equipment.
Just found a plastic tube coming from the PCU. I assume that needs to be put in the pressurized side which hasn't been connected for years (if ever). Used this wiring diagram https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f2/...cc-hose-routing-question-271783/#&gid=1&pid=3.
Why am I just paying attention now? I tore the motor apart and found four or five pistons with pinched top rings. Petrified of detonation, I installed 9.0:1 CP pistons from LC Engineering. Truck has a 2.2" pulley.
Can I just T off from the pressurized nipple that connects to the FPR and call it good? I don't know crap about the tuning software, open loop or closed loop with this PCU. This truck did not have the expensive A/F sensor before the cat and I just replaced it with another O2 sensor.
