That is awesome. You sir are a class act. I would jump on your offer if it wasn't 9 degrees outside with a wind chill of -6 degrees. I also don't keep the TRDP in a garage. Times like this I really wished I lived in a warmer climate.
I did spend some time on the phone today with Toyo Customer Service and was escalated two levels. I expressed my disappointment with the issue but was not irate at all. I did say that these things do happen and I am just trying to make sure the TRD Product managers and engineers that spec'ed these struts are aware that a lot of folks are experiencing the same thing. Minus this clunk I think its an excellent vehicle and I want to keep it for many years.
Note: The service manager did say that they didn't see any signs of anything making contact to something else.
I do believe in addition to self troubleshooting, if anyone else is experiencing this same issue, it would help if you logged a CS case to hit critical mass as there are not that many TRDPs on the road. I called 800-331-4331 Pressed 5 then 2 to get to a live person.
