Reading all of this, and knowing I have a LTD which doesn't have a key makes me wonder how easy it would be for someone to steal my 4R?
If someone at the dealer would be involved, and all you need is to stand outside the door with a programmed FOB and then start it, makes me very worried.
It's officially a total loss
Well, that's the best outcome. I'm kinda surprised a front collision deployed the curtain airbags like that.
Holy shite that's what they call "traffic damage" ? Glad/hope you can get another one !

This is a good news. Residual should be very high. You should be getting a settlement equal to the purchase price of your vehicle.
Especially since the TRD Pro is so new, that would be very little data from auction sales to determine wholesale price.
Make sure to show your original bill of sale for the TRD Pro and dont settle for anything but the full purchase price including tax, title, license, transportation, etc.
Tell the adjuster you expect to be ordering the exact same TRD Pro from the same dealer for the same price.
