I have actually threatened passengers about revealing my secret spots!
At a family gathering, my Father-in-Law was telling everyone about my White Perch spot where we crush 'em every summer. I completely went off on him in front of the entire family.
He was not amused and didn't speak to me for a few weeks. :flipoff:
Fisherman are weird about that stuff. I'm still pissed about it a little!

Got some new shoes for my baby for valentines day. Figured I'd follow antmans lead and stick with 265 since I drive so much for work and gas mileage is somewhat of a factor.

Went to get my 5k service today and they are selling a '14 sr5 with gy duratracs, window tint and a lift. Then I saw the price and had to laugh a little bit for the person that may buy this. $41,000 for basically a 3" leveling kit and window tint. On the good side, they are still advertising the same amount of gas mileage haha.

Where are the pics and video?
What do you think of that setup for self spotting? I've got a 90 degree CCD camera on the front now, but curious how the 180s work. I would imagine the distortion would make it difficult to judge distance.

looks great. did you decide on UCAs? i <s>may</s> have forgotten from the UCA comparison thread...Got this lift and tires finished up. Need new UCAs - and more trimming/moving fender liners. Details in my signature.

Gotta wait to get home. I've been running errands and I'm on my way to look at an 80. They work great as the 360 image is sweet and not distorted. Sides are aimed so I have as good a view of front wheels so distortion shouldn't hurt. I can gauge distance pretty darn well. I think it will work great for spotting. I'll upload some video later. There is one pic in my build from driving yesterday right after picking it up. Pic is crap but you can get the idea.

I tried but they were a 2 week wait. So I bought shockworks stuff on the group buy instead (4 month wait) - I get another bonus in March so I'll do the camburgs then.
Shouldn't take more than 2 hours or so to install.
Also I emailed about 5 people with this lift and no UCAs they all said they were able to get to oem specs. so that also influenced my decision to not wait on camburgs. I wasn't able to get good alignment specs, but it does drive ok so not a really big deal. I still want them in march.

Added the rest of the Budbuilt skid plates (only had the front skid for oil change ease). Gas tank skid was heavy. Also finally mounted and wired the 2nd 7 in double row led light to the rear of my Gobi. Although not today I did order a Shrockworks front bumper with the Feb group buy. So in a little more than 4 months I'll be installing that too.

Looks great! Any chance we can get some fender height measurements? Also your front OME spring, is it the 884 or 885? Sorry I am not familiar with what exactly correlates to the 3" OME spring, lol. Thanks!

It is the 884 w/o topout spacers (that would be too much) on 90010 OME struts. Rear is toytec superflex springs with OME 60020 shocks.
I'll get fender measurements and CV shots in a bit.

DSF - 34.75"
DSR - 36.75"
PSF - 35.25"
PSR - 37.25"
Post lift & tires -
DSF - 38.25" - 3.5" lift (gas OME 10mm trim packer too)
DSR - 39.5" - 2.75" lift
PSF - 38.5" - 3.25" lift
PSR - 39.75" - 2.5" lift
