2014 Entune NAV guidance volume

Forgive me if this has already been answered, I searched and couldn't find an exact answer to this.

Most NAV apps and units will have a setting for "lowering the music volume" while route guidance is being given...... not on my premium plus unit..

I have the guidance set to the highest volume and yet with a decent (not blasting) amount of music volume I can't hear the darned thing.

Suggestions/Guidance? or is this it?

Defalult setting is at 4 I think. You can go to app>setup>voice.

Highest volume nav is pretty loud. Sounds like she's talking through a pillow underwater though.
