I still haven't had a chance to take decent photos, but here's my relatively new setup:

Wheels: Procomp 7069 17x9 4.75 backspace/-6mm offset
Tires: Goodyear Duratrac 285/70/17, D
Suspension: ICON Stage 5, but with their tubular UCA and no trailing arms yet.
Body Mount Chop: None
Tire rub: Haven't wheeled it with this setup yet, but on the street I've only noticed it once, but I was turning and braking spiritedly and simultaneously.
Fenders: Trimmed about 1/2" on that bottom front lip
Mud flaps: Removed for now

Finally decided on rims. Really would have wanted a wider stance but after all the research, I settled on an 8" wide rim to avoid any backspace and/or fender rub issues.
Enkei Performance M6 17x8, +10mm, BFG Rugged Terrain P265/70/17 (stock size)
Absolutely no rub, practically no visual difference fit wise from stock trail wheels and tires. Barely sit wider than stock, maybe 1/4". In the end, wife loves em so that's what counts. Her daily driver.

Fenders: Will easily trim and adjust inner well when I get roundtooit.

Suspension: Stock XREAS (Toytech 2.5/1.5 spacer kit in transit)

My tires rub, particularly the front driver side. As detailed in the post linked below, it seems to be a result of substantial sag on the front driver side. (The front passenger side rubs less.) I have chopped/moved the plastic in the wheel well without success. I have ordered the spacer kit above which hopefully will help.

How do you like the AT Adventures? I'm looking at probably going that route since I spend a lot of time on the highway. Pretty quiet and stable?

On a separate note, really the only reason I posted in here is because I'm strongly considering going to 305/70/17 for my next set of tires (it will be a ways down the road) and I'm wondering how it can be done successfully with minimal rub... at a point in my turn, my tire is about 1.5" away from contacting the Shrockworks washer reservoir skid. That might be an inhibiting factor...
