Just installed a new Pioneer AVIC-4000NEX into my 2012 TE (former Nav; Non JBL... I think) and I am at a loss with some of the connection.
1) what is the proper adapter to hook up the radio? Crutchfield can't give me any lick of help, but after visually scanning through, something like this looks to fit:

2) What are all of the optical connections in the dash? I'm not 100% sure they are, but they look like optical connectors back there that used to plug into the old head unit.
